Band of Guides: Base Camp for the Co-Coaching Revolution!

Band of Guides: Base Camp for the Co-Coaching Revolution is a clear-cut, highly structured process that guides readers in generating, developing, and following through on priorities, goals, and long-term life dreams. The method focuses on behavioral change accomplished through gentle and supportive group interactions. The overall process features individuals teaming up with other group members daily via telephone for twenty minutes, plus a weekly hour and a half group meeting.

The book and its methods can be applied to wide and diverse subcultures and cross-sections of society. For example: students, soccer moms, dads, children, writers, people with Attention Deficit Disorders, entrepreneurs, and individuals looking to enhance the quality of their lives. The method has been tested and refined for over a decade within the Attention Deficit Disorder community.

Developed by Catherine Schmidt, Jackie Corlin, and Janet Cooling, the groups have been meeting at the Learning Development Services in San Diego, California, under the leadership of Catherine since 2004.

Participant reviews have been exceptionally positive, and the authors are getting many requests for the materials; thus, the authors are presenting the book for use by a wider audience.Band of Guides: Base Camp for the Co-Coaching Revolution is a self-help process, building individual and community strength. The Band of Guides authors envisage this process becoming a wonderful and effective tool on a scale that has few limits.

The Band of Guides helps empower individuals with support and positive reinforcement, while group members learn to guide one another and to stay focused on important priorities and major life achievements.
